低温等离子体废气处理设备性能特点:
1、高科技创新产品:“低温等离子体”技术是电子、化学、催化等综合作用下的电化学过程,是一全新的技术创新领域。是依靠等离子体在瞬间产生的强大电场能量电离、裂解有害气体的化学键能,从而破坏废气分子结构,达到净化目的。

活性炭吸附塔通过性能活性剂固本身的表面作用力,将有机废气分子之吸附质吸引附着在吸附剂表面,能对等有机溶剂的废气吸附,更适用于大风量低浓度的有机废气治理,它能有效地净化环境、消除污染、改善劳动操作条件,确保工人身体健康,并能回收有机溶剂,降低成本。
设备主要适用于:喷漆烤漆车间、电子元件生产、电池(电瓶)生产、酸洗作业车间、实验室排风、冶金、化工厂、医药生产厂、涂料车间、食品及酿造、家具生产等。
喷淋洗涤塔装置
本公司生产的净化塔,是本公司凭借二十多年来制造酸雾净化塔的经验结合国外先进的净化技术而专门研发的新一代净化产品主要净化处理氮氧化物(NO×)、硝酸(HNO3)、氢氟酸(H2S)、盐酸无(HCI)、硫酸雾(H2SO4)、铬酸雾(CRO3)、硫化氢气体(H2S)、氮气(NH3)、碱蒸汽(NAOH)、福尔马林(HCHO)、等其它酸碱混合废气及水溶性气体。它具有净化效率高、能耗少、噪音低、维护方便等许多特点。广泛应用于化工、机械、电子、冶金等行业酸雾废气的净化处理场合。
喷淋塔又称为水洗塔、洗涤塔、净化塔;按性质分为酸性洗涤塔、碱性洗涤塔;按形状也可分为立式洗涤塔、卧式洗涤塔;按材质又为分PP洗涤塔、玻璃钢洗涤塔等。喷淋塔也是*常用的除臭设备,适用于所有大中型密闭或半密闭的空间。恶臭气体经负压收集后,进入喷淋塔,通过一系列化学反应去除气体中的臭气分子。喷淋塔除臭效率较高,占地面积小,运行成本很低,可实现自动控制。产品外形美观,根据不同场合,有单级、两级、三级洗涤方式。
对于中段转运,除臭洗涤塔适用于转运泊位卸料口,或密闭式转运站的整个大厅。在实际中,一般在卸料口上方布设吸风口,恶臭气体和大量粉尘经负压管道汇集后,接入除尘设备和除臭洗涤塔。
除臭洗涤塔也同样适用于垃圾焚烧厂的臭气治理。由于恶臭气体在250℃—400℃下燃烧比较完全,所以焚烧厂的臭味源比较集中在卸料坑中。垃圾在卸料坑中会堆放停留一段时间,在这段时间内收集气体使周围空间形成微负压,并有少量空气流通,减缓垃圾含水率增加。在末端使用除臭洗涤塔集中处理负压收集的臭气,事半功倍。
用于垃圾场除臭,除臭洗涤塔适用于密封型的垃圾卸料大厅,大规模渗沥液调节池等臭气浓度较高的空间。
喷淋式玻璃钢酸雾吸收塔是当前国内理想的净化设备,净化后的废气大大低于国家排放标准。处理的主要有害气体为硫酸雾、盐酸雾、铬酸雾、硝酸雾、磷酸雾、氢氟酸雾、氯化氢、氟化氢、硫化氢、氰化氢等。
喷淋、鼓泡式填料净化塔采用氢氧化钠溶液作为吸收中和液。废气由风机压入净化塔中,内筒形成压力室,再由压力室均配给各根鼓泡管,废气通过鼓泡管进入贮液箱的吸收液中产生鼓泡,然后气泡通过填料层,使气液再次得到充分接触,吸收后的废气继续向上流动与喷淋管喷出的吸收液再次产生反应,中和反应后的达标气体经除沫装置除雾,然后排入大气。
废气处理设备的工作原理是将气体中的污染物质分离出来,转化为无害物质,以达到净化气体的目的.光催化和生物净化设备:光催化是常温深度反应技术。光催化氧化可在室温下将水、空气和土壤中有机污染物完全氧化成无毒无害的产物,而传统的高温焚烧技术则需要在较高的温度下才可将污染物摧毁,即使用常规的催化、氧化方法亦需要几百度的高温。碳层前可以设置漆雾过滤段,有效保证活性碳的吸附效率和使用寿命。

In the spray and bubbling packing purification tower, sodium hydroxide solution is used as the absorption neutralization liquid. The exhaust gas is pressed into the purification tower by the fan, the inner cylinder forms the pressure chamber, and the pressure chamber is allocated to the root bulge tubes.
